You can pay using your credit card, debit card or directly through net banking. We are also working on a Cash On Delivery option which we will be rolling out region-wise, currently available for Chennai All your transactions are secure and we do not store your credit card information on the site.

Returns Policy – Old is Gold Store

At Old is Gold Store, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of hygiene and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

Adult diapers and incontinence products
Commode chairs
Toilet and bathroom aids
Any other hygiene-related products

This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers.

Returnable Items

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged during shipping

The item is defective or not functioning as intended upon delivery

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@oldisgoldstore.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos or videos of the damage or defect
  3. A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Important Notes

Please note that we DO NOT ALLOW exchanges/returns on the following:
Used/non-resaleable merchandise.
Incontinence products – includes diapers, under pads, etc.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories.

For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, or with defects please send us a mail at info@oldisgoldstore.com

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that all returns must be resaleable i.e. unused, with tags, in the state you received them and in the original packaging.
If the product you receive has any problems, damages or defects at the time of delivery, we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. Please bear in mind that the damaged/defective product will need to be returned to us.
