Payments and Returns
You can pay using your credit card, debit card or directly through net banking. We are also working on a Cash On Delivery option which we will be rolling out region-wise, currently available for Chennai All your transactions are secure and we do not store your credit card information on the site.
Our return policy varies from product to product. If you wish to return a product for any reason, please call and check with our customer service if this section does not provide enough clarity.
We have a 10 day exchange/return policy for many of our products. This applies for 10 days from date of delivery to your address
Please note that all returns must be resaleable i.e. unused, with tags, in the state you received them and in the original packaging.
If the product you receive has any problems, damages or defects at the time of delivery, we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. Please bear in mind that the damaged/defective product will need to be returned to us.

If you encounter a problem after 10 days we will not be in a position to accept returns/exchanges. If there is a problem with the product please contact the manufacturer directly. Alternatively please contact our Customer Care and we will try to get you in touch with the manufacturer.
Please note that we DO NOT ALLOW exchanges/returns on the following:
Incontinence products – includes diapers, under pads, etc. unless the entire pack remains unopened.
Toilet aids, bed pans, etc.
How does the returns/exchange process work:
Once you have informed our Customer Care of your desire to return/exchange, Customer Care will
Verify if the product is returnable. If yes, they will guide you as to how to return the product.
Issue a Old Is Gold Store voucher for the value of the product in case of exchange,
Issue a refund in case of a return after deducting. The refund will be made to the original mode of payment in case of Card/Net Banking and a cheque refund in case of a Cash on Delivery transaction.
We charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 100/- for the return of the product if the reason is one of the following:
Damaged/broken at the time of receipt
Defective in any other way at the time of receipt
For all other reasons, the shipping cost, whatever it may be, will need to be borne by you.
We request you to pack the products for returns/exchanges adequately so that they reach us in good condition.
For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, or with defects please send us a mail at [email protected]. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to refund in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
